Based on our conversation, I’ll prepare a first version of your itinerary with estimated costs and a quote for my planning services, delivered within 2 business days. Payment is due once you approve the quote, with flexible options for trips over 14 days.
Once approved, the search for flights and/or accommodations will be prioritized and take up to 4 business days.

Once accommodations are confirmed, I prepare a Google Docs document including activities, restaurants, transportation, and any other requests (within a maximum of 14 business days).

My name is Katerina, your specialist in tailor-made travel planning.
Originally from Russia, I’ve been living in France since 2018.
With over 19 years of travel experience and a degree in tourism from the University of Grenoble Alpes, I’ve had the chance to visit more than 30 countries and organize trips for friends, colleagues, and now my clients.
My passion for Japan began when I was 15 and has only grown since my very first trip in 2010.
In 2023, I fulfilled a dream by spending a month fully immersed in Japan. I lived with a Japanese family, studied the language at a local school, and made Japanese friends.
This experience allowed me to gain a deeper understanding of the culture and offer my clients more authentic and meaningful travel experiences.
